Start a new life without back pain.


This a free online program for anyone, who wants to find a state of ease, understand the causes of back pain, strengthen the muscles of the cortex and the whole body, improve physical and mental health, and make life easier and more joyful by replacing old habits with new healthy ones.

Welcome to the team and the self and back care program!

Within 10 days we will practice everything that led me to a joyful life without back pain, lightness, and harmony with myself and the outside world.

 

1. Be grateful.

See difficulties as new opportunities. Be grateful for everything that happens.


 

2. Change the angle of view.

The world is as we see it.

By changing the angle of view, we change our feelings and actions, which in turn changes the world around us.


3. Practice acceptance.

Reduce the importance and your expectations.

Acceptance shows all the senselessness of the struggle with the flow of everyday life.

Most of us do not appreciate and deliberately do not take breaks in work, and therefore do not recover as we should. But the ability to recover effectively can be developed by forming waves of rest and work.
