Day 1. Be grateful.

See difficulties as new opportunities.

Phrase of the day: Be grateful for everything that happens.

When it seems that everything is bad and sad, it is worth looking at the same situation from the other side, and you understand that thanks to it, new opportunities have opened up.

For example, back pain.

On the one hand, it can be seen as a problem, on the other, it as an opportunity to become healthier.

Don't get used to the pain - become an observer. Our body wants to be healthy and sends signals to pay attention to everyday activities, which over time can lead to serious health problems.

Osteochondrosis, protrusions, spinal hernia, back pain - this is not a disease. This is a person's lifestyle and attitude to his muscles.

Joints and spine are treated only by exercises. Don't spare time on training. This is the only time of the day that you can completely devote to your body. Start your morning with self-care.

The lifestyle of most people contributes to the formation of protrusions and hernias of the spine.
We sit too much. Time to move!

The result of successful treatment of a 10 mm herniated lumbar disc in the segment L5-S1 without surgery. Personal experience. Thanks to healthy habits, I managed to avoid spinal surgery and return to sport.

Task of the day:

Don't get used to the pain - become an observer.

During the day, observe the sensations in the back, and note how often and after what actions (emotions) pain and discomfort appear. What kind of pain is it: aching or sharp, constant, or occurs only after specific movements?

Back pain can be caused by various diseases of the spine, inflammation, and injury.

Also, pain can be neurological in nature. Stress, constant tension, and negative emotions can lead to chronic back pain.

Most often, back pain occurs due to incorrect body position during physical exertion, prolonged static load, and sedentary work.

The second most common cause of back pain is herniation and protrusion of the intervertebral discs, which can cause compression of the nerve root. In this case, the pain is sharp, shooting, limiting movement in the spine, and sometimes numbness and weakness in the limbs.

Back pain is just a symptom, so treatment should be directed at addressing the cause.
