As soon as we accept that life is what it is and does not have to live up to our expectations, then the movement along the path of life becomes smoother.
The cause of stress and anxiety is our expectations. We think that life should be such and such. Suffering is often caused by our reactions to people, places, incidents, and circumstances. We experience instead of accepting.
Task of the day:
Practice acceptance - reduce the importance and your expectations.
When faced with a problematic situation, try to determine what expectations you build and what you attach excessive importance to. Define your importance, and then discard it. Life is not always easy and painless, but we can learn to experience joy. Acceptance of life and the situation as it is allows you to open up to joy and feel it in its entirety.
Workout of the day:
Healthy back.
Full body workout. Strengthening core muscles. 10 min.
Exercise technique:
1. Focus on the lumbar! Don't arch your lower back into planks.
2. Exercises where it is necessary to bend in the lower back, turn the neck - do it smoothly.
3. Do nothing through acute pain, discomfort is allowed.
4. In exercises where we stretch the leg, arm - stretch well, do not be lazy.
5. With constant pain in the lower back, first of all, contact a vertebrologist. Knowing the cause of back pain will speed up the recovery process.
6. Do your workout in a good mood.
