Day 5. Live consciously.
Now we have much more opportunities but also worries too.
Phrase of the day: Peace and joy do not come in a hurry.
Often the causes of stress and anxiety are high expectations and ambitions. When they do not justify themselves and fail to amuse their pride, we experience irritation. Our ideas about our abilities and reality are often far from the truth.
Symptoms of chronic stress include a sense of urgency as we try to catch up on time and lose track of the present.
A surefire way to get rid of stress is to make your life easier.
It is worth seeing how little we need, and the pursuit of the goods so necessary for happiness no longer seems to be a priority.
Task of the day:
Become a dopamine detective - observe your emotions and desires.
Although we live in a world that is designed to make us want, we can - simply by being attentive - see beyond these calls. Understanding what is happening will not reduce your desires, but it will give you a chance to use the power of "I will not." Society manages to make us believe and feel that we are missing something for happiness. It forbids us to enjoy what we have and who we are. Live consciously.
Workout of the day:
Full body workout with an emphasis on strengthening the back muscles.
Strengthen back muscles with surf fit. Full body workout. 10 min.
Exercise technique:
1. Focus on the lumbar! Don't arch your lower back into planks.
2. Lying on your back - press your lower back to the floor.
3. Exercises where it is necessary to bend in the lower back, turn the neck - do it smoothly.
4. Do nothing through acute pain, discomfort is allowed.
5. With constant pain in the lower back, first of all, contact a vertebrologist. Knowing the cause of back pain will speed up the recovery process.
6. In exercises where we stretch the leg, arm - stretch well, do not be lazy.
7. Smile at the end and pat yourself! This will give the green light for a new workout.
