Day 9. Get healthier.

Illness is not the norm of aging.

Phrase of the day: The older we get, the healthier we need to be.

Most people reduce physical activity as they age. Not only do we exercise less, but we move less in general, which leads to many diseases. Illness is not the norm of aging. We create the bulk of the disease through unhealthy habits and a sedentary lifestyle.

Not everyone understands the relationship between health, longevity, and percentage of muscle mass. Old age is not age, but the loss of muscle tissue.

Starting from the age of 30, muscle mass begins to decrease. By the age of 50, there is a loss of 40% of muscle tissue, in return for which fatty and excess weight is formed. As a rule, at this age people are no longer able to pull themselves up, do push-ups, or run a distance, that is, to fulfill the standards of a healthy person.

Task of the day:

If you want to be healthy, change your attitude towards muscles and fitness. Let fitness become your lifestyle, but not the one for weight loss. Exercise for health, energy, and sport. Move more! There is no reason to stop.
