This a free online program for anyone who wants to move to a new level of awareness and make regular exercise, healthy eating, and positive thinking their lifestyle.

Welcome to the team and online program “Health Week”.

Health can be created - and this is a joy to realize.

For 7 days, I will share my personal experiences and the healthy habits that have helped me to become simpler, healthier, more energetic, and happier.

Most of our diseases we create ourselves with a sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy diet, addictive relationships, false beliefs about ourselves and the world, living day to day in stress, chaos, hurry, in a stream of unconscious thoughts that drain our energy. People are so busy that they have no time to stop and ask themselves: Who am I? What am I doing and why? Am I happy with my health and my life? What really makes me happier?

During the week, be as conscious as possible, and don't stop asking these questions. You are free to choose and create your own life. Being healthy and happy is a choice.

It's time to start creating those thoughts and actions that will lead you to a simple, healthy, and joyful life.

 

1. Yoga morning.


Morning is a very precious time. How you start your morning, what first thoughts arise, what first food enters your body - all these things create your day, and day after day - life.

Create your energy morning.


 

2. Sources of energy.


Health is not only the absence of illness but also the presence of energy.

We cannot feel well if we are physically and emotionally exhausted. We cannot give to others what we do not have ourselves.

Fill yourself with energy first.


3. Muscles are health.


Many people do not realize the relationship between health, longevity, and the percentage of muscle mass in the body.

Low muscle mass means a slower metabolism, which leads to various diseases and rapid aging of the body.

If you want to be healthy, change your attitude towards your muscles.


 

4. Flexibility is health.


We are born flexible, but in most cases, due to a sedentary lifestyle, we lose the ability of our muscles and joints to act at full range as we age.

Yoga is one of the best ways to keep your body flexible and agile as you age.

A strong and flexible body can give you more joy.


5. Healthy back.


Most people's lifestyles contribute to the formation of spinal protrusions and herniated discs.

We sit too much. A healthy back is a life of movement. Joints and the spine can only be treated by exercise.

Don't spare any time to exercise. Engage your back muscles.


 

6. Stronger and healthier.


Instead of aiming to lose weight, aim to become stronger and healthier.

Start thinking and training like an athlete. Tune in to an athletic fitness frequency.

Eat like an athlete, working with your eating habits to find better, healthier foods for health, strength, stamina, and energy.


7. The truth in personal experience.


A healthy life is a conscious life.

When you start questioning things that don't come from personal experience, take responsibility for your life and health, and start experimenting and creating your experiences - you have freedom of choice.

Growing awareness solves many problems, including health problems.
