Day 7. The truth in personal experience.

You can create yourself, your health, and your life.

Phrase of the day: A healthy life is a conscious life.

At the end of the article are the tasks and workout of the day.

To be healthy, you have to be interested in health, in your body, in your mind, and in life itself. There are so many mysteries! But we think of ourselves and everything around us as something we have known for a long time. But it's not.

To come to mindfulness and stay in that state, don't stop asking questions: Who am I? What am I doing on this Earth? Am I happy with my life, with my present? If not, why not? Why do I feel unwell, unhappy, and unloved? Who or what is taking up my time, energy, and health? Am I aware of my thoughts now? What is best for me? What makes me healthier and happier? What is the meaning of my life? How can I be better? What can I change for the better in my life right now? How can I simplify my life?

If you've never spent any time alone with yourself, taken the time to meditate, read a book on spiritual development, or asked yourself any of these questions, chances are, you don't know yourself. So you don't know what your mind or your body is capable of.

How much reality can change if you just change the way you think - I'm still impressed, and my new level of awareness today is like a beacon that shows me where I can go and develop further.

The body is fascinating too! I used to be fascinated only by its athletic capabilities, but now I am also fascinated by its ability to heal itself. If you help it, of course, and not hinder it.

To help means to take care of your body: to take care of your physical and mental health as well as your spiritual development daily.

Do not put off your health and your joyful life until tomorrow. There is no tomorrow. There is only the present moment. Your thoughts and actions in the present shape your future.

Always remember this!

When we don't have time for our spiritual development, and mental and physical health, everything else simply doesn't make sense.

Health creates happiness. When people learn to look after themselves first, the whole world will be healthier and happier.

To enjoy life, you need health. To fulfill your dreams, to love and give love - you need health. Why do so few people take care of it?

Many people take as normal what they see around them. They do not doubt, they simply believe that, for example, illness is the norm. Getting old on pills is the norm. Fighting, quarreling, and demanding something from their relatives and friends is the norm. To suffer is the norm. Complaining is the norm.

Reducing the amount of physical activity with age is the norm. Losing weight all your life is the norm. Underestimating yourself is the norm. Starting your morning in a hurry - OK. Feeling sluggish, tired, and apathetic throughout the day, week, and months is the norm. Not giving importance to nutrition - OK. And so on.

These are all things you can observe around you. But these are not your personal experiences.

You can create your experiences and your idea of what old age should be like, what relationships can be like, what your mornings can be like, and how you feel every day. You can create your definition of success and happiness. You can create your values, which will be different from the values of your family, relatives, and friends.

That's what's OK.

Health is about working with your eating habits and finding better, healthier foods for energy; working on your thinking and choosing those thoughts, and reactions that contribute to health; working with your body regularl; forming healthy habits and striving to improve yourself and your life, taking responsibility for your life and health. And that means questioning everything that does not come from personal experience more often.

Growing awareness - solves many problems, including health problems.

A healthy life is a conscious life.

No one can be healthy and happy for you. It is your choice and your responsibility.

When you start questioning things that don't come from personal experience, take responsibility for your life and health, and start experimenting and creating your experiences - you have the freedom to choose.

Responsibility is freedom. Health is freedom.

Tasks of the day:

  1. Define your core value.

    It will guide you.

My core value is freedom. And it has guided me to a simple, healthy, and joyful life.

Spend more time alone with yourself to get to know yourself and your true needs.

  2. Focus on thinking, eating, and moving.

Figure out first what's in your life on a regular basis, what we can't exist without. Thinking, eating, and having or not having movement day after day have a big impact on us, and shape our health and our reality.

Be sure that you are aware of your thoughts and choose them, and therefore create yourself.

Be sure that the food you eat does make you healthier. Be sure that you choose it yourself and do not blindly follow family or cultural traditions. Be sure that you move enough. Find your favorite movements, sports, active rest, and recovery options.

  3. Set your priorities.

Think about which three new healthy habits would make a dramatic difference in your life right now. For example, for me, the most decisive is:

    - Qulity sleep.

    - New eating habits.

    - Minimalism.

    - Time alone with yourself, with your thoughts and books on spiritual development.

Make it a habit every month, every year to create new habits. The most important thing for you now is yourself.

  4. Do the workout of the day.

The final workout of the program. If your workout is short, e.g. 12-20 minutes, you can do it every day. Such physical activity will give you energy and mood. If the workout is longer, then according to how you feel. Listen to your body. Quality rest is an important part of a healthy and happy life. For me, quality rest is -Me time - time for yourself and alone with yourself.

Workout of the day: Tabata Intense 12 min.

Full-body workout using fitness bands and water bottles. Dumbbells can be used instead of bottles if you have them on hand.

12 minutes, 8 exercises, 3 rounds.

Tabata Intense. 12 minute.

Exercise technique:

  1. Do a warm-up and hop on the mat with the joyful thought that you are now creating yourself, your life, and your health. Feel that feeling of freedom and new energy in your body!

  2. Do all the exercises at your own pace and to the best of your physical ability for the day.

  3. When doing squats and lunges follow the main rule: knees must not go beyond the toe line. Do not do anything through pain; discomfort is allowed.

  4. If you have constant pain in your knees and lower back, see a vertebrologist or physiotherapist first. Knowing the cause of your back pain will speed up the recovery process.

  5. Do your workout in a good mood. Think good thoughts.

  6. Smile at the end of the workout, give yourself a pat, and thank you for the first steps towards a simple, healthy, and joyful life.

You can ask questions, leave feedback and your wishes by email or social media platforms.
