Day 1. Yoga morning.
Every morning is an opportunity to make your life a little better, simpler, and healthier.
Phrase of the day: Everything we think and feel creates our future.
At the end of the article are the tasks and workout of the day.
Your life now is a reflection of your past thoughts. Your body is a product of your thoughts.
Negative thoughts and stress seriously impair your body and brain function.
Stress starts with one negative thought. One thought that went unchecked, and then more thoughts, and more, and more until the stress manifested. The consequence is stress, but the cause is negative thinking, and it all started with one little negative thought. But you can change that with one small positive thought and then another.
Our feelings let us know what we are thinking. If you feel good, it's because you are thinking about good things. You can remove negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Try to start the day with gratitude for all that you already have in your life.
Don't forget that stress is the cause of many diseases. Stress isn't caused by work, family, or certain situations. You cannot control your body, mind, emotions, and energy.
Yoga mornings can help you reduce stress and eventually learn not to create it at all.
The 3 main causes of stress:
Unconsciousness: when you don't control your thoughts, they control you.
Spend more time alone with yourself and meditate. Meditation calms the mind, helps you control your thoughts, and revitalizes the body. The great news is that you don't have to set aside hours to meditate. Just three to ten minutes a day to get started can be incredibly powerful for gaining control of your thoughts. When you truly master your thoughts and feelings, then you'll see yourself creating your reality. This is freedom.
Fear of change and a desire to control everything in life.
You don't have to be afraid of change and you don't have to be afraid to change your life. To change is to grow.
Change is the only thing that is constant in our world. We can only control what is happening here and now - our thoughts. Man today needs to free life, not control it.
Instead of trying to control your life, start simplifying it. Just as you can remove unnecessary thoughts from your life, you can remove unnecessary things, goals, desires, and beliefs. Practicing minimalism is the way to a simple, conscious, healthy, and joyful life. With minimalism, you can free yourself from all unnecessary things and find time to take care of yourself and get to know the real you.
Exaggerated ambitions, expectations, and desires which created under the influence of society.
Society does not seek to make us healthier and happier - that is my conclusion from personal experience. Rather, it is the opposite, leading us away from a simple, healthy, and joyful life by imposing its standards of health, success, beauty, and happiness. It has its own goal: the multiplication of money and power. In these times of rapid technological development, people know how to control other people, for example, by studying their behavior, affections, and addictions using social networks.
Don't forget that we live in a material world and a world of amazing but also dangerous technology.
I have questioned many of society's stereotypes and standards, and have become healthier and happier as a result.
Everything that is happening to you right now is the result of many decisions that you have made in the past. Were they conscious?
Am I happy with my present?
How do I feel?
Don't stop asking questions.
Yoga morning is about taking responsibility for your life and your physical and mental health. The decision is yours.
Morning is a very precious time.
How you start your morning, what your first thoughts are, how the first food enters your body - it all creates your day, and day by day, life. Create your perfect morning.
Tasks of the day:
Start your morning with a smile and gratitude for waking up and for all that you already have in your life.
Find 10 minutes a day to be in silence and watch thoughts come and go. This is meditation. You are not your thoughts. You are the one who observes them and can create them. When you control your thoughts, you create yourself, when you let thoughts control you, you destroy yourself. Create thoughts that lead you to health, joy, and ease.
Tidy up your home in the morning. Get rid of at least one unnecessary item.
The society manages to make us believe and feel that we are missing something in order to be happy. Give up what you don't really need. Part with old things before you acquire new things. It's a fundamental principle of simple living. Once you see how little we really need, the pursuit of things essential to happiness no longer seems like a priority.
Slow down today.
Everyone strives for a calm, joyful state of mind, but it doesn't come about in a hurry. In haste, you miss out on a lot of things. Free your life. Try not to succumb to other people's values, not to bother yourself with unnecessary worries, but to live a simple life. If you have something in mind, implement it, or reduce the importance of it. Slow down and look around you. Unnecessary things, unrealized goals, tasks, and desires take away energy. Write down on a piece of paper three things (goals, tasks, responsibilities, social roles, hobbies) that you feel take away your energy and that give you energy.
Health is not only the absence of disease but also the presence of energy.
Do a yoga workout of the day or any other stretching exercises.
Exercise gives us energy and makes us happier.
Workout of the day: Yoga morning.
