Simple Start

Simple moves and rules to restore your energy.

Workouts really do give you energy. But what if you don’t even have enough to start moving?

It’s important to give yourself time and honestly look for the reasons behind your low energy.

Don’t rely on caffeine — it doesn’t solve the problem, it only temporarily masks it.

❋ Just go for a walk

10–15 minutes outside is already enough.
It gets easier for both your body and your mind.

Even short walks activate your body: circulation improves, you get more oxygen, and your brain “wakes up.” It’s the simplest way to gently restore energy without overload or caffeine.

❋ Start your morning with a glass of water

Water first, everything else after.
It helps your body wake up more easily.

After sleep, your body is dehydrated, so water is the first thing that truly helps you “switch on.” It’s better to delay coffee for 1–2 hours after waking up to avoid overstimulating your nervous system.

❋ Get good sleep

Sometimes what you need isn’t a workout — it’s sleep.
Go to bed earlier — that’s already self-care.

Sleep quality directly affects your energy levels. Try going to bed at the same time, reduce screen time before sleep, and allow your body to fully recover — sometimes this matters more than any workout.

❋ Just observe your thoughts

Do nothing for a few minutes.
Just sit and notice what’s on your mind.

Often, energy is drained by inner noise. A few minutes of quiet observation can reduce tension and help you regain focus.

❋ Tidy up your space

Bring order around you — it will feel calmer inside.

Light cleaning or organizing your space helps you “sort out” your thoughts too. It’s a gentle physical activity that creates a sense of control and completion.

❋ Do something for yourself

Something small, but приятное.
This also restores energy.

Cook something nourishing, go to a café, or read.
Or even do nothing — just sit and enjoy the sun.

If your energy is consistently low, it’s worth checking your ferritin, vitamin D, and B12 levels.

Light and effortless.
A way to switch off and exhale.

❋ Try a new workout

Not difficult — just different.
Sometimes that’s already enough.

For example, do some morning yoga or go dancing. For me, it works every time.
